So you've created and tested your research outline and now it's time to invite participants. There are a few different ways to do this and we'll cover each one in this video.
Regardless of which method you choose, the first thing you'll need to do is click "Invite Participants".
The first method is to invite participants with a link. This method is great when you want to open up participation publicly via your website or social media and it's useful when you want to invite a large number of people using email platforms like HubSpot or MailChimp.
In many cases though, you'll want to invite specific people directly from within Perspective. In this case, click "Email Invitations".
With this method, you can manually type in the email address of the people you want to invite. You can invite participants from past research by searching for the research name. Or you can send invitations to a custom group. We cover custom groups in another video, so if this is the first time you're hearing about them, be sure to check that out.
Once you've added everyone to your invitation list, move to the compose message step.
Perspective automatically generates an invitation subject line and message based on the context of your research. If you want to edit either, go ahead and do that here. Then send yourself a test message to ensure everything looks good.
Once you're satisfied, click send invitation and you're done. Now you can sit back and watch the interviews come rolling in.
Thanks for watching!
